Biography

Born on a January evening in Algiers, in the Hussein Deï district, Karim Albert Kook spent his childhood in the south of France, seeking treatment for an illness. In the hospitals of the Toulouse region, he discovered the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix on the radio.

Katim Albert Kook has released four albums to critical and public acclaim. His first album, ‘Les Choses Ressemblent À Ça’, was released in 1997, and featured a duet with Luther Allison.

His fourth and final album, ‘Il Était Un V
